A free $0 health discovery consultation is available to all new clients. If you proceed with care, a one-time $149 onboarding fee covers your baseline lab panel, chart creation, and clinician review. Patients who provide recent, clinically sufficient lab results from an outside provider may qualify for a reduced or waived onboarding fee, at the sole discretion of the provider based on the age and completeness of the labs submitted.

If you proceed, a one-time $149 onboarding fee covers your baseline Quest Diagnostics labs, chart creation, and clinician review. ED and Hair Restoration tracks can complete this stage entirely asynchronously via secure intake survey.
Bring your own recent labs — you may qualify for a reduced or $0 onboarding fee.
Stage 2 – Clinical Review
A full evaluation of your labs and symptoms, typically within 48 business hours of results. ED and Alopecia tracks can complete this via secure portal messaging; all other tracks use live video.
Stage 3 — Enrollment
Once qualified, you're enrolled in your goal-appropriate subscription track with ongoing clinician oversight. (Evaluation fees don't guarantee a prescription — enrollment depends on clinical qualification.)

If your provider determines treatment is clinically appropriate, you'll have two ways to receive it, depending on your plan. With our all-inclusive option, medication and supplies are shipped directly to your home in discreet packaging — no pharmacy visit required. With our Concierge option, your prescription is sent electronically to a retail pharmacy of your choice (like CVS, Walgreens, or Publix), where you'll pick it up yourself.
